肺癌气腔播散的影像学研究进展

摘要 2015年,世界卫生组织肺癌分类中将气腔播散(STAS)确定为肺癌的一种新的传播方式。STAS的存在将影响患者预后,因此术前准确预测STAS对选择最优手术方案尤其重要。目前研究发现,STAS阳性病灶实性成分更多,直径更大,且更易发生转移,这些影像学发现将有助于术前预测STAS的存在,本文拟从STAS的影像学表现及其临床意义等方面进行综述。 In 2015,the concept of spread through air spaces(STAS)is regarded as a new pattern of invasion of lung cancer proposed by the World Health Organization classification of lung tumors.Multiple studies have shown the presence of STAS will affect the prognosis of patients.Therefore,accurate preoperative prediction of STAS is crucial for the selection of a therapeutic regimen for patients.At present,some scholars have found that the tumor with STAS will have more solid components,larger diameter and will be more likely to have distant metastasis.These imaging findings will facilitate the preoperative prediction of the presence of STAS.This review is structured around the imaging characteristics and clinical significance of STAS.
