藏族药治疗肝病的药材及复方整理分析

Analysis of Medicinal Materials and Compound Prescriptions for Treating Liver Diseases Used in Tibetan Medicine

通过文献整理,从植物名、拉丁名、功效、有效成分及作用机制方面进行归纳总结,整理出用于治疗肝病的藏族药(以下简称藏药)63味和复方23个。63味藏药包括植物药51味、动物药2味、矿物药10味。其中,植物药、动物药分属27科,反映出藏族医药治疗肝病的药物来源广泛。这些品种中参与炎症相关机制的药材有10味,直接抑制相关肿瘤细胞生长的有6味,抑制脂质过氧化反应的有5味,抑制乙型丙型肝炎病毒的有3味。藏药治疗肝病机制较为多样,为抗肝病新药的开发提供了可能性。

Through literature collation,this study sorted out 63 Tibetan medicinal materials and 23 compound prescriptions for the treatment of liver diseases from the aspects of plant name,Latin name,efficacy,active ingredients and mechanism of action.The former includes 51 plant medicinal materials,2 animal medicinal materials and 10 mineral medicinal materials.We found that the 51 plant medicinal materials and the 2 animal medicinal materials belong to 27 families,which indicates that Tibetan medicinal materials have a wide range of sources in the treatment of liver diseases.In terms of mechanism of action,10 medicinal materials are inflammation-related;6 directly inhibit the growth of related tumor cells;5 medicinal materials inhibit lipid peroxidation;3 suppress hepatitis B or C virus.The mechanism of action of Tibetan medicine treating liver diseases is diverse,providing potential for the development of new anti-liver disease drugs.
