宽体金线蛭仿生酶解液物质基础分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对宽体金线蛭仿生酶解液进行物质基础分析。方法:采用化学定性和定量的方法,对固形物、无机盐、肽、氨基酸等物质进行含量测定,并进行核苷特征图谱及肽特征图谱研究。结果:通过对15批宽体金线蛭仿生酶解液中各物质含量测定及特征图谱研究,确定固形物、无机盐、肽、游离氨基酸、总氨基酸的质量浓度分别为75.5~79.7、10.7~12.7、42.6~49.4、1.9~3.1、49.4~51.6 mg·mL^(–1)。建立宽体金线蛭仿生酶解液核苷特征图谱,共标定和归属了4个特征峰;建立宽体金线蛭仿生酶解液肽特征图谱,共标定6个特征峰。结论:建立了宽体金线蛭仿生酶解液中各物质含量测定及特征图谱的研究方法,简便快捷、重复性好,可用于对其进行质量控制。 Objective:To investigate the material basis of the bionic enzymatic hydrolysate from Whitmania pigra Whitman.Methods:Chemical qualitative and quantitative methods were used to determine the content of solids,inorganic salts,peptides,amino acids,etc.,and the characteristic chromatogram of nucleoside and peptide was analyzed.Results:Through the content determination of the substance in the bionic enzymatic hydrolysate prepared from 15 batches of W.pigra and the study of characteristic chromatogram,the content of solids,inorganic salts,peptides,free amino acids and total amino acids was 75.5-79.7,10.7-12.7,42.6-49.4,1.9-3.1 and 49.4-51.6 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.The characteristic chromatogram of nucleoside in the bionic enzymatic hydrolysate was established,and 4 characteristic peaks were calibrated and assigned.The characteristic chromatogram of peptide was built,with 6 characteristic peaks calibrated.Conclusion:The content of the substance in the bionic enzymatic hydrolysate prepared from W.pigra was determined and the characteristic chromatogram was analyzed in this study,which is simple,quick and reproducible and can be used for its quality control.
