山西省战略性新兴产业知识产权能力分析——基于中部六省的比较

Analysis on Intellectual Property Capacity of Strategic Emerging Industries in Shanxi Province-Based on the Comparison of Six Provinces in Central China

通过检索中部六省战略性新兴产业专利文献,对专利申请量与授权量、有效专利量、质押和转让情况等方面进行分析研究。结果表明,山西省战略性新兴产业专利各方面指标均落后于其余五省。从知识产权创造、运用、保护、服务和人才建设等方面给出建议,为提升山西省战略性新兴产业知识产权能力提供参考。

By searching the patent documents of strategic emerging industries in six provinces in Central China,this paper analyzes and studies the patent application and authorization,effective patent,pledge and transfer.The results show that all aspects of indicators of strategic emerging industry patents in Shanxi province lag behind the other five provinces.Suggestions are given from the aspects of intellectual property creation,application,protection,service and talent construction,so as to provide reference for improving the intellectual property capacity of strategic emerging industries in Shanxi province.
