期望落差对企业冒险行为影响的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of the Impact of Expectations on Business Risk-taking Behavior

利用Citespace V计量软件,对从web of science核心数据库中收集的258篇关于期望落差对企业冒险行为影响的相关文献进行可视化分析,从文献共被引、关键词默认、关键词聚类、作者共被引及研究热点演进五个方面,讨论该主题下的不同研究方向及未来发展前沿。研究发现:该领域下的主要关键词有企业冒险、风险承担、绩效反馈、期望水平等;最大的聚类为risk taking;以Cyert、March、Greve为代表的学者构建了绩效反馈应用在企业行为中的基本理论框架;近几年该主题下国外的研究热点是期望与目标的差距对企业冒险行为的大小、方向的影响,国内研究热点为企业期望落差对企业战略调整的影响以及二者之间的情景机制,热点关键词为创新、战略持续性、中国情境下的目标设定、组织经验等。

Using Citespace V metrology software,258 related literatures on the impact of expectation gap on corporate risk-taking behavior collected from the web of science core database are visually analyzed,and the different research directions and future development frontiers under this topic are discussed from five aspects:literature co-citation,keyword default,keyword clustering,author co-citation and research hotspot evolution.The research found that the main keywords in this field are enterprise risk-taking,risk-taking,performance feedback,expectation level,etc.;the largest cluster is risk taking;scholars represented by Cyert,March,and Greve have constructed a basic theoretical framework for the application of performance feedback in enterprise behavior;in recent years,the foreign research hotspots under this topic are the impact of the gap between expectations and goals on the size and direction of enterprise risk-taking behavior.The domestic research hotspots are the impact of the gap in enterprise expectations on the strategic adjustment of enterprises and the scenario mechanism between the two,and the hot keywords are innovation,strategic sustainability,goal setting in the Chinese context,organizational experience,etc.
