军队院校高效课堂生态建设的对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 着眼提升军队院校教学水平和教学质量,必须从传统课堂教学向高效课堂教学转变,建设和谐、优质的高效课堂生态。在分析传统课堂教学中教学内容、教学模式、教学评价等方面存在的问题基础上,揭示了军队院校课堂生态内在的本质关系是动态发展的教学关系。探究了在课堂生态渐近式变革中,教学关系从分化到整合再到融合的演进轨迹和发展走向,并以课堂生态遗传与变异、主体与客体、平衡与失衡为切入点,围绕课堂活力、教学内容和教学模式,提出了军队院校高效课堂生态建设的创新路径。 With a view to improving the teaching level and quality of military academies,it is necessary to transform from traditional classroom teaching to efficient classroom teaching,and build a harmonious,high-quality and efficient classroom ecology.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of teaching content,teaching mode,and teaching evaluation alienation in traditional classroom teaching,this paper reveals that the inherent essential relationship of classroom ecology of military academies is a dynamically developing teaching relationship,and explores the teaching relationship in the gradual change of classroom ecology.The evolution trajectory and development trend from differentiation to integration.Taking classroom ecological inheritance and variation,subject and object,balance and imbalance as the breakthrough point,centering on classroom vitality,teaching content and teaching mode,we propose an innovative path for ecological construction of efficient classroom in military academies.
