军事职业教育在线学习的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Online Learning of Military Vocational Education

随着终身学习、以人为本等教育思想的普及和现代信息技术的迅速发展,在线学习已经成为塑造学习型社会的重要途径,是时代发展的必然趋势。军事职业教育作为新型军事人才培养的大平台,缓解了官兵在岗学习的工学矛盾,是当前官兵在岗在职学习的主要形式。在分析了当前官兵在线学习存在的主要问题之后,从教、学、管三方面提出提升在线学习效果的方法对策。

With the popularization of lifelong learning,people-oriented education and the rapid development of modern information technology,online learning has become an important way to shape a learning society,which is the inevitable trend of the development of the times.President Xi made clear in his report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC,that he would“strengthen the construction of the military personnel training system”,which put forward the original“three-step”strategic goal of military reform by a full 15 years.Military vocational education,as a big platform for the training of new military personnel,can alleviate the contradiction of engineering learning of officers and soldiers on-the-job,and is the main form of on-the-job learning for officers and soldiers.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in online learning of current officers and soldiers,and puts forward the methods and countermeasures to improve the effect of online learning from the three aspects of teaching,learning and management.
