基于学业导师制的大学生创新力培养探索研究——以“单片机与接口技术”为例 被引量:1

摘要 大学生创新力培养是我国新时代社会主义高层次人才建设的迫切需求。针对“单片机与接口技术”课程教学知识点,基于学业导师制,采用项目驱动法,对授课对象的创新力培养开展实践探究。教改评价表明,在课程知识教学中基于学业导师制进行项目驱动有助于提高授课对象的学习主观能动性,有效提升参训学生的创新实践能力。该教改研究涉及专业课程教学、学业导师制建设与大学生创新力培养,将三者有机融合,可为高校课程教改、创新人才培养提供新思路。 The cultivation of college students’innovative ability is an urgent demand for the construction of socialist high-level talents in the new era of China.On the teaching points of Single Chip Microcomputer and Interface Technology,this paper investigates the practical exploration and studies on cultivating college students’innovation ability with the introduction of project driven,and based on academic tutorial system.Teaching effect evaluation shows that the introduction of project driven in academic tutorial system can not only actively promote the students’subjective initiatives in learning process but also can enhance their innovative ability in scientific research.Such one teaching reform work involves the organic integration of professional knowledge teaching with academic tutorial system for cultivating students’innovative ability,which not only can effectively promote the development of talent training in education,but also can provide new ideas for the reform of teaching methods in colleges and universities.
