摘要
依托OBE理念以学生为中心的指导思想,为适应经济社会环境的改变,结合国家培养高素质应用型人才的目标,将“最终成果”反向设计在“产品摄像及优化”课程中,帮助学生从清晰学习目标逐步获得高峰成果,提升人才培养的质量。教学整体围绕相关专业课程的核心就业要求,以企业仿真模拟任务贯穿课程,结合翻转课堂的多元化授课形式,革新课程的考核设计,将线上学习能力、校外企业家考评及学生互评纳入考核体系,为校企联合培养应用型人才打下坚实的基础。
This paper mainly introduces the concept of OBE,in order to adapt to the change of economic and social environment.In combination with the national goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents,the“final result”is inversely designed in the course of“Product Photography and Optimization”,so as to help students gradually obtain peak results from clear learning objectives and improve the quality of talent training.The whole teaching focuses on the core employment requirements of relevant professional courses,runs through the courses with enterprise simulation tasks,combines the diversified teaching forms of flipped classroom,innovates the examination design of courses,and integrates online learning ability,off campus entrepreneur evaluation and student mutual evaluation into the examination system,so as to lay a solid foundation for the joint training of applied talents by schools and enterprises.
