基于职业核心能力角度职业院校公共文化课教学的启示与思考

摘要 以某职业院校高技能人才基地建设为契机,用调研的方式探究以职业核心能力为导向的“校企合作、工学结合”的人才培养模式对公共文化课教学的启示。通过学生到企业进行实践锻炼和教师到企业走访两个方面获取企业相关用人信息和要求,为学校课改和教改服务。调研从背景、目的、方法、学生见习企业、教师走访企业、学生座谈会等方面予以阐述,提出对公共文化课教学的启示与思考,对当下职业院校人才培养模式、课改和教改以及职业院校学生职业核心能力的培养有一定的参考价值。 Taking the construction of high skilled talent base in a technical college as an opportunity,this paper uses the way of investigation to explore the enlightenment of the talent training mode of“school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination”guided by professional core competence to the teaching of public culture course.Through the two subjects of students’practical exercise in enterprises and teachers’visit to enterprises,we can obtain the relevant employment information and requirements of enterprises,so as to serve the school curriculum reform and teaching reform.The research expounds from the aspects of background,purpose,methods,student internship enterprises,teachers’visits to enterprises,student symposiums,etc.,and puts forward the enlightenment and reflections on the teaching of public culture,which has a certain reference value for the current talent training mode,curriculum reform and teaching reform of technical colleges and universities,as well as the cultivation of vocational core competence of technical college students.
