基于现代信息技术的课程建设与实践——以“遗传学实验”课程为例

摘要 遗传学是一门研究生物的遗传与变异的科学,研究基因的结构、功能及其变异、传递和表达规律,是一门实践性非常强的学科,分支几乎扩展到生物学的所有领域,是生物科学的核心。遗传学实验教学在其中有着举足轻重的地位。但长期以来,遗传学实验教学内容以传统验证性实验为主,基于现代信息技术的快速发展,传统的教学方式与现代技术的融合存在一些差异,基于现代信息技术的综合性和设计性实验较少。为此,特针对此问题进行具体分析,提出实质性建议,并且探讨如何进行下一步工作准备。 Genetics is a science that studies the heredity and variation of organisms,the structure,function,variation,transmission and expression of genes.It is a very practical subject,and its branches extend to almost all fields of biology.It is the core of biological science.In the process of teaching,experimental teaching plays an important role.However,for a long time,traditional confirmatory experiments have been the main content of Genetics Experiment teaching.Based on the rapid development of modern information technology,there are some differences in the integration of our traditional teaching methods and modern technology,while comprehensive and designed experiments based on modern information technology are less.This paper makes a specific analysis of this problem,puts forward substantive suggestions,and discusses how to prepare for the next step.
