摘要 儿科临床教学是医学生从理论知识学习到临床实践的过渡,与医学人才的培养息息相关。儿科学知识冗杂,随着儿童年龄变化,其各个系统都在改变,增加了儿科学的学习难度。受社会、人文及环境等多种因素影响,儿科临床教学存在诸多问题。随着网络技术越来越发达,远程教育也发展得越来越好,但是远程教育不能完全脱离传统的面授式教育。混合式教学模式是结合网络教学与传统教学,融合各种教学方法、手段与工具,以学生为主体、以教师为主导的教学结构。 Pediatric clinical teaching is the transition of medical students from theoretical knowledge learning to clinical practice.The teaching effect of clinical teaching directly affects the quality of medical talent training.Pediatric knowledge is miscellaneous.With the change of children’s age,all systems are changing,which increases the difficulty of learning pediatrics.Affected by many factors such as society,humanities and environment,there are many problems in pediatric clinical teaching.With the development of network technology,distance education has developed,but distance education can not be completely separated from the traditional face-to-face education.The mixed teaching mode combines network teaching with traditional teaching,integrates various teaching methods,teaching means and teaching tools,and has a teaching structure dominated by students and teachers.This paper reviews the application of mixed teaching mode in pediatric clinical teaching.
