磁共振水脂定量技术诊断脂肪肝价值的分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析磁共振水脂定量技术诊断脂肪肝价值。方法:选择核工业四一七医院2020年1月1日-2021年1月1日诊治的116例脂肪肝患者。所有患者行磁共振水脂定量检查并进行图像处理。分析磁共振水脂定量对脂肪肝阳性、严重程度检出情况。分析磁共振水脂定量对脂肪肝严重程度的诊断价值。结果:磁共振水脂定量检出脂肪肝116例,检出率为100%,其中101例符合细针检查结果,符合率为87.07%。磁共振水脂定量检出轻度脂肪肝74例、中度28例和重度14例。误诊情况发现,磁共振水脂定量将5例轻度误诊为中度,将9例中度误诊为轻度,将1例重度误诊为中度。结论:磁共振水脂定量分析能较好地检出脂肪肝,对不同脂肪肝严重程度均有较好的诊断价值,建议使用。 Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantification technique in fatty liver.Method:A total of 116 patients with fatty liver diagnosed and treated in the Nuclear Industry 417 Hospital from January 1,2020 to January 1,2021 were selected.All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantitative examination and image processing.The detection conditions of positive and severe degree of fatty liver by magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantification were analyzed.The diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantification in the severity of fatty liver was analyzed.Result:A total of 116 cases of fatty liver were detected by magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantitative,and the detection rate was 100%,of which 101 cases were consistent with the results of fine needle examination,and the coincidence rate was 87.07%.Seventy-four cases of mild fatty liver,28 cases of moderate fatty liver and 14 cases of severe fatty liver were detected by magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantification.The misdiagnosis condition showed that 5 cases of mild were misdiagnosed as moderate,9 cases of moderate were misdiagnosed as mild and 1 case of severe was misdiagnosed as moderate by magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantification.Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging water lipid quantification analysis can detect the fatty liver better,and has good diagnostic value for different severity of fatty liver,so it is recommended to use.
