摘要
目的:研究延续性健康教育路径在哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取泰兴市人民医院2020年1月-2021年6月治疗的82例哮喘患儿。按照入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续性健康教育路径。比较两组护理前、护理3个月后疾病认知程度、生活质量,护理3个月后症状控制情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:护理3个月后,观察组用药知识、居家管理、疾病知识、症状管理、预防发作、健康饮食评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),无日间症状、无活动受限、无夜间症状、未使用缓解药物比例均高于对照组(P<0.05),症状、影响、活动能力评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05),遵医嘱用药、按时复查比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理知识全面性、护理质量、护理责任心评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续性健康教育路径应用于哮喘患儿,可改善疾病认知程度及症状控制情况,并提高治疗依从性及护理满意度,促使生活质量提升。
Objective:To study the application effect of continuous health education pathway in children with asthma.Method:A total of 82 children with asthma treated in Taixing People’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic nursing,and the observation group was given continuous health education pathway on the basis of the control group.The disease cognition degree,quality of life before and after 3 months of nursing,symptom control condition,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction after 3 months of nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of nursing,the scores of medication knowledge,home management,disease knowledge,symptom management,prevention of seizures,healthy diet and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the proportions of no daytime symptoms,no activity restriction,no nocturnal symptoms and no use of relief drugs were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of symptoms,influence,activity ability and total score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the proportions of taking medicine according to the doctor’s advice and on-time review were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing knowledge comprehensiveness,nursing quality and nursing responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous health education pathway in children with asthma can improve disease cognition degree and symptom control condition,improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
