中药足疗联合吴茱萸涌泉穴位贴敷对慢性肾功能不全患者疲乏状态、睡眠质量和生活质量的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Therapy Combined with Wuzhuyu Yongquan Acupoint Application on Fatigue State,Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的:研究中药足疗联合吴茱萸涌泉穴位贴敷在慢性肾功能不全患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年1月无锡市中医医院收治的80例慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组(试验组40例,对照组40例)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上同时采用中药足疗联合吴茱萸涌泉穴位贴敷护理。比较两组疲乏状态、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果:试验组护理后慢性病治疗功能评估-疲劳量表(FACIT)各维度得分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)各维度得分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后肾脏相关生存质量(KDTA)部分得分、一般健康生存质量(SF-36)部分得分及肾脏疾病生活质量量表(KDQOL-SFTM1.3)总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药足疗联合吴茱萸涌泉穴位贴敷有助于改善慢性肾功能不全患者疲乏状态,对改善患者睡眠质量和生活质量亦有显著作用,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot therapy combined with Wuzhuyu Yongquan acupoint application in patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic renal insufficiency treated in Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups(40 cases in experimental group and 40 cases in control group)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot therapy combined with Wuzhuyu Yongquan acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The fatigue state,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of all dimensions and total scores of functional assessment of chronic illness therapy-fatigue scale(FACIT fatigue scale)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions and total scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of kidney disease-targeted areas(KDTA),general healthy quality of life short form-36(SF-36)and the total score of kidney disease quality of life short form 1.3(KDQOL-SFTM 1.3)in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine foot therapy combined with Wuzhuyu Yongquan acupoint application is helpful to improve the fatigue state of patients with chronic renal insufficiency,and also has a significant effect on improving the sleep quality and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
