叙事护理对胃癌患者癌症复发恐惧、希望水平与疾病应对方式的影响

Effect of Narrative Nursing on the Fear of Cancer Recurrence,Hope Level and Disease Coping Style of Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨叙事护理对胃癌患者癌症复发恐惧(fear of cancer recurrence,FCR)、希望水平与疾病应对方式的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年8月福建医科大学附属第二医院75例胃癌患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组(37例)和观察组(38例)。对照组接受肿瘤患者术后常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础护理上,给予叙事护理。比较两组护理前后FCR水平、疾病应对方式、希望水平及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组癌症复发恐惧量表(FCRI)、医学应对问卷量表(MCMQ)、希望量表(HHI)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组FCRI评分低于对照组,MCMQ及HHI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理可以有效降低胃癌患者的FCR水平,提高患者希望水平和疾病应对能力,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing on the fear of cancer recurrence(FCR),hope level and disease coping style of patients with gastric cancer.Method:A total of 75 patients with gastric cancer from January 2020 to August 2021 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(38 cases).The control group received routine postoperative nursing for tumor patients,while the observation group received narrative nursing based on the basic nursing of the control group.FCR level,disease coping style,hope level before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in fear of cancer recurrence inventory(FCRI),medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),Herth hope index(HHI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the FCRI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of MCMQ and HHI were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing can effectively reduce the FCR level in patients with gastric cancer,and improve the hope level of patients and the ability to cope with the disease,which is worthy of popularization and application.
