东莞市松山湖中心医院腹泻儿童感染A群轮状病毒的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Group A Rotavirus Infection in Diarrhea Children in Dongguan Songshanhu Central Hospital

目的:分析东莞市松山湖中心医院腹泻儿童感染A群轮状病毒的临床特征。方法:回顾性选取2020年11月-2021年10月在东莞市松山湖中心医院就诊的100例腹泻儿童为研究对象,确诊为感染A群轮状病毒的38例。采集其粪便标本,经免疫胶体金法检测A群轮状病毒感染,采集患儿的性别、年龄、感染时间及大便常规结果等临床资料,进行分析。结果:100例腹泻患儿中,感染A群轮状病毒38例,6~12月龄(56.25%)患儿A群轮状病毒检出率最高,其次为13~24月龄(26.67%)和25~36月龄(34.78%);患儿秋季(9-11月)和冬季(12月-次年2月)感染A群轮状病毒比例高(61.90%、61.11%),38例A群轮状病毒阳性患者粪便标本中,白细胞阳性检出率为7.89%,红细胞阳性检出率为15.79%,白细胞检出率和红细胞检出率与A群轮状病毒检测阳性的一致率分别为58.00%和57.00%。结论:A群轮状病毒是常见的引发儿童腹泻的病原体,6~12月龄、秋冬季感染是其流行的明显特征。

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of diarrhea children infected with group A Rotavirus in Dongguan Songshanhu Central Hospital.Method:A retrospective study was conducted in 100 children with diarrhea in Dongguan Songshanhu Central Hospital from November 2020 to October 2021,and 38 cases were diagnosed as infected with group A Rotavirus.The fecal samples were collected,the group A Rotavirus infection was detected by immunogold method,and the clinical data such as gender,age,infection time and stool routine results were collected and analyzed.Result:Thirty-eight of 100 children with diarrhea were infected with group A Rotavirus.The detection rate of group A Rotavirus was the highest in children aged 6 to 12 months (56.25%),followed by 13 to 24 months (26.67%) and 25 to 36 months (34.78%);the rate of infection with group A Rotavirus were high highest in autumn (September to November) and winter (December to February of the next year) by 61.90% and 61.11% respectively.In the fecal samples of 38 patients with group A Rotavirus positive,the positive rate of leukocyte was 7.89%,the positive rate of erythrocyte was 15.79%,and the consistent rates of leukocyte and erythrocyte were 58.00% and 57.00% respectively.Conclusion:Group A Rotavirus is a common pathogen causing diarrhea in children.The epidemic characteristics of Rotavirus are from 6 to 12 months of age and infection in autumn and winter.
