Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing training of “swallowing exercises” based on wisdom nursing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease mild dementia and dysphagia.Method:A total of 106 Alzheimer’s disease mild dementia with dysphagia patients who were treated in Dongguan Houjie Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from October 2018 to January 2021 were selected as subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,53 cases in the control group were given given routine nursing,53 cases in the experimental group were given “swallowing exercises” rehabilitation nursing training based on wisdom nursing. The swallowing function, nerve function, motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing of 4 weeks,in the experimental group, the score of water swallow test was lower than the control group, while the Gugging swallowing screen (GUSS) score was higher than the control group (P<0.05).After nursing of 4 weeks,in the experimental group, the National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score after nursing was lower than the control group, and the Fugl-Meyer motor function score was higher than the control group (P<0.05).After nursing of 4 weeks,in the experimental group, the swallowing quality of life (SWAI-QOL) score after nursing was (178.86±23.28) points, which was higher than (147.96±21.22) points of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of “swallowing exercises” rehabilitation nursing training based on wisdom nursing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease mild dementia and dysphagia is significant, which can help to improve patients’ swallowing function, nerve function and motor function,as well as improve their quality of life.
