加速康复外科理念联合家庭支持在经皮肾镜碎石术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Concept Combined with Family Support in Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy

目的:探讨加速康复外科理念(ERAS)联合家庭支持在经皮肾镜碎石术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年12月合肥市第一人民医院收治的80例经皮肾镜碎石术患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例。所用患者均接受经皮肾镜碎石术治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予ERAS理念联合家庭支持。比较两组围手术期指标、护理前后家庭关怀度、心理状态及并发症。结果:观察组尿管拔除时间、首次进食时间、肛门首次排气时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组亲密度、情感度、合作度、适应度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮肾镜碎石术患者接受ERAS理念联合家庭支持干预,对其心理状态、家庭成员的关怀状况等均有明显改善效果,并可降低并发症发生率,促进术后恢复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) concept combined with family support in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Method:From February 2019 to December 2020,80 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in Hefei First People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given ERAS concept combined with family support.The perioperative indexes,family care degree,psychological status before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of catheter removal,first feeding time and first anal exhaust time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the score of intimacy,emotion,cooperation and fitness in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy received ERAS concept combined with family support intervention,which can significantly improve their psychological status and care status of family members,reduce the incidence of complications and promote postoperative recovery.
