加味白术汤对气虚型功能性便秘患者的影响

Effect of Modified Baizhu Decoction in Patients with Functional Constipation of Qi Deficiency Type

目的:研究加味白术汤对气虚型功能性便秘患者的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年11月和平县中医院80例气虚型功能性便秘患者。随机将其分为中药组和西药组,每组40例。西药组采用常规药物治疗,中药组采用加味白术汤。比较两组临床疗效、满意度、不良反应,以及治疗前后中医症候积分、生活质量、负面情绪、血清P物质及生长抑素。结果:中药组治疗总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组精神疲乏、排便困难、腹痛、食欲不振、早饱评分均明显低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组生理功能、社会功能、心理功能、精神状态评分均高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组SDS、SAS评分均低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组血清P物质水平高于西药组,而生长抑素水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。中药组不良反应发生率均低于西药组(P<0.05),总满意度高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:在针对气虚型功能性便秘的治疗中,为患者使用加味白术汤能够有效提高治疗效果,进一步改善患者临床症状,恢复患者生活质量,改善患者负面的心理状态,具有更高的用药安全性。建议在治疗工作中予以推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of modified Baizhu Decoction on functional constipation patients with Qi deficiency.Method:From January 2020 to November 2021,80 patients with functional constipation of Qi deficiency were selected from Heping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,40 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with conventional medicine,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Baizhu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,satisfaction,adverse reactions,TCM syndrome score,quality of life,negative emotion,serum substance P and somatostatin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental fatigue,defecation difficulty,abdominal pain,anorexia and early satiety in Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,social function,psychological function and mental state in Chinese medicine group were higher than those in western medicine group (P<0.05).After treatment,SDS and SAS scores of Chinese medicine group group were lower than those of western medicine group (P<0.05).After treatment,the level of substance P in serum of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of western medicine group,while the level of somatostatin was lower than that of western medicine group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05),and the total satisfaction was higher than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of functional constipation of Qi deficiency,the use of modified Baizhu Decoction for patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,further improve the clinical symptoms of patients,restore the quality of life of patients,improve the negative psychological state of patients,with higher drug safety.It is suggested to be popularized in treatment work.
