本文介绍8例罕见消化系疾病的诊断与治疗,包括腹膜后淋巴管囊肿与胰小管沟通,其乳糜液中有淀粉酶;肝单个特大囊肿实为囊腺癌;胃泌素瘤有典型的卓艾综合征表现;低血糖和高胰岛素血症见于1例有广泛转移的胃腺癌;结肠大出血有全结肠病变酷似溃疡性结肠炎,手术、输血后出现溶血性贫血与黄疸,病理诊断却为T细胞型淋巴瘤;腹痛部位经常有变动,原因不明,内镜、胃肠钡透、CT均无异常发现,经血管造影才明确诊断;1例罕见分布极为广泛的过敏性紫癜;克罗恩病罕见的外阴瘘。

This article further presented 8 rarely seen cases of digestive system disease including retroperitoneal lymphatic ductal cyst communicated with pancreatic ductule resulting in amylase present in the cystic chylous fluid;an extremely large solitary liver cyst eventually found to be cystic adenocarcinoma;gastrinoma with typical features of Zollinger-Ellison′s syndrome;hypoglycemia and hyperinsulinemia in a case of gastric cancer with extensive metastases;massive hemorrhage of colon with mucosal features mimicking ulcerative colitis and emergence of hemolytic anemia with jaundice after surgery and blood transfusions while the final diagnosis was T-cell lymphoma;abdominal pain of obscure origin with frequent changing sites of abdominal pain led to correct diagnosis of polyarteritis by angiographic examination;a case of anaphylactoid purpura with extensive distribution and abdominal pain;Crohn′s disease with rare occurrence of vulva fistula.
