多理论视角下实训课协同教学模式的构建与实践 被引量:3

摘要 职业教育的发展进入了新的历史时期,实训课中传统的单独授课模式已难以满足人才培养需求,因此建立优质的教师团队,开展协同教学成为了丰富教学形态的优选。然而实际教学中经常出现教师协同难、协同效果差、协同难持续等问题,使得协同教学沦为外在形式,难以深入教学内里。针对这些问题,综合运用协同学、活动理论、关联主义等基本理论,从动力单元、运行逻辑、学习机制多视角对协同教学进行深入剖析,构建适切于实训课的协同教学模式,以正确的理论指导实践,优化团队运作、规范协同流程,探索适合实训课的协同教学模式,为“双师型”教师队伍的建设和运作提供借鉴。 The development of vocational education has entered a new historical period.The traditional single teaching mode in practical training courses has been unable to meet the needs of talent training.Therefore,establishing a high-quality teacher team and carrying out team teaching has become the best choice for enriching teaching forms.However,in practical teaching,there are often problems such as difficulty in teacher collaboration,poor synergy effect,and unsustainable collaboration,making team teaching become an external form and difficult to go deep into teaching.Focusing on those problems,it is necessary to use the basic theories,such as synergetics,activity theory,and connectivism,to conduct an in-depth analysis of team teaching from perspectives of a power unit,operation logic,and learning mechanism,thus exploring a team teaching mode suitable for practical training courses.Furthermore,the correct theory guides the practice,optimizes the team operation,and standardizes the collaborative process,to provide a reference for the construction and operation of the"double-qualified"teacher team.
