摘要
在疫情防控常态化阶段,线上教学已成为职业院校教学方案的“标配”。然而,疫情期间职业院校在线教学过程中出现诸多问题,如教师理念落后、能力偏差以及教学负担过重等,对在线教学的效果和质量产生消极影响。针对出现的问题,基于“协同教学”理论与“双师型”教师队伍建设经验,提出职业院校在线教学中构建“三元结构”教师协同体的创新设想。在教学上,对于减轻教师工作负担、提高专业化发展能力,缓解师资培养难题、拓宽校本培训路径,优化在线教学形态、提升育人成效等具有重要价值。在实施上,要树立以“改善教学、共促发展”为主旨的共同愿景和合作文化氛围,推进以“以核心课程为切入点,辐射专业(群)”的实施路径,建立以“多元协作、共治共享”为核心的实践机制,构建以“制度先行、规范管理”为宗旨的保障体系。
In the normalization stage of epidemic prevention and control,online teaching has become a necessary means of teaching.However,there are many problems in the process of online teaching in vocational colleges,such as teachers'backward ideas,insufficient ability,and excessive teaching burden,which hurt the effect and quality of online teaching.Given these problems,based on the theory of"team teaching"and the experience of"double qualified"teachers'team construction,this study proposes an innovative idea of building a"ternary structure"teacher synergy in the online teaching of vocational education.In terms of teaching,it is of great value to lighten the burden of teachers,improve their professional development ability,ease the difficulties of teacher training,broaden the school-based training path,optimize online teaching forms,and improve the effectiveness of education.In practice,it is necessary to establish a common vision and cooperative cultural atmosphere with the theme of"improving teaching and jointly promoting development",to promote the implementation path of"radiating majors(groups)with the core curriculum as the entry point",to establish a practical mechanism with the core of"diversified cooperation,co-governance,and sharing",and build a guarantee system with the purpose of"system first and standardized management".
