基于分数阶微分算子的集成制造系统移动设备检测数据融合技术 被引量:2

摘要 集成制造系统移动设备作业时位置处于变动状态,应用无线网技术对其监测信息进行实时检测时,其位置的变动带来检测信息传输过程中信号干扰和能量损失的差异性,检测数据间存在较大的差异性,致使检测数据失真。通过对微积分理论在信息处理中的应用研究,建立了基于分数阶微分算子的移动设备检测数据融合处理模型。将分数阶微分算子应用于集成制造系统物流小车检测数据的融合处理实验中,结果显示,分数阶微分算子在对集成制造系统移动设备检测数据的融合处理中,具备增强检测信息强度和提高检测精度的双重功能,这对于提高集成制造系统中移动设备信息检测系统的工作可靠性具有重要意义。 The position of mobile equipment in the integrated manufacturing system is changing at all times,when the wireless network technology is applied to realize the real-time detection of its monitoring information,the difference in signal interference and energy loss during the transmission process of the detection signal caused by the changing position of the mobile equipment will lead to detection data distortion.A mobile equipment detection data fusion processing model based on fractional differential operator is established,and then applied in the fusion processing experiment of logistics equipment monitoring information detection data in integrated manufacturing system.It is concluded that the fractional differential operator used in the processing of logistics equipment monitoring information data in integrated manufacturing system has the dual functions of enhancing the strength of detection information and improving the accuracy of data detection,which is of great significance to improve the working reliability of mobile equipment information detection system in integrated manufacturing system.
