摘要
为解决三倍体西瓜种子的萌发问题,以三倍体西瓜种子蜜红为试验材料,研究了不同超声波处理对三倍体西瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:超声波处理后,其发芽率,发芽势,发芽指数和活力指数均有所提高。筛选出最优处理条件均为超声温度45℃,超声时间60mim,超声功率160W,超声频率60KHZ。
In order to solve the problem of seed germination of triploid watermelon,the effects of different ultrasonic treatments on seed germination of triploid watermelon were studied with honey red as the experimental material.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of the treated seeds were improved.The optimal conditions are ultrasonic temperature 45℃,ultrasonic time 60min,ultrasonic power 160W,ultrasonic frequency 60Khz.
