PICC术后皮疹对策的研究进展

Advances in the study on countermeasures for post-PICC rash

经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)因其能减少血管损伤及患者反复穿刺所受痛苦,减轻患者经济负担,显著提高患者的生活质量而被广泛使用。但在实施过程中,置管点周围皮肤可出现各种并发症,如穿刺点渗血渗液、接触性皮炎等,以皮疹较为常见。轻度皮炎患者仅出现局部瘙痒症状,中重度患者会出现皮疹与水泡等情况,反应严重时甚至会诱发急性败血症,因此医务人员应给予穿刺部位皮肤更多关注。本研究就PICC术后皮疹及防控对策进行综述,以期为治疗PICC术后相关皮疹,改善患者生活质量提供参考。

Peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)is widely used due to its advantages of alleviating vascular injury and pain from repeated punctures,reducing the economic burden of patients,and significantly improving the quality of life of patients.However,during implementation,various complications may occur in the s kin around the catheterization site,such as bleeding and oozing from the puncture site,contact dermatitis,etc.,with rash being relatively more common.Patie nts with mild dermatitis may only experience local itching,while patients with moderate to severe dermatitis may suffer from rashes and blisters,which can even lead to acute sepsis in severe reactions,that’s why medical staff pay more attention to the skin at the puncture site.This study reviews the post-PICC rash and prevention and control countermeasures with the aim to provide references for the treatment of post-PICC rash and improve pati ents’quality of life.
