成人口腔健康相关生活质量量表的研究进展

Research progress of the adult oral health-related quality of life scale

口腔健康相关生活质量作为口腔健康的重要组成部分,近年来在口腔临床及口腔基础研究中的应用越来越广泛。在成人的口腔健康相关生活质量测评中出现了很多测评工具,可分为通用型量表和口腔疾病特异型量表。常见的通用型量表包括口腔健康影响程度量表、老年口腔健康评价指数等。常见的口腔疾病特异型量表包括颞下颌关节病相关生活质量量表、慢性牙周炎相关生活质量量表、口臭相关生活质量量表等。这些量表都通过严格的心理学测评,证实具有良好的信度和效度。现对国内外常用的通用型量表和口腔疾病特异型量表进行综述。

Oral health-related quality of life(QoL),as an important component of oral health,has been widely used in clinical and basic oral research in recent years.There are many assessment tools for adult oral health related QoL assessment,which can be divided into the general scale and the oral disease specific scale.The common general scale includes oral health impact scale,aged oral health evaluation index,etc.Common oral disease specific scale includes temporomandibular joint disease related QoL scale,chronic periodontitis related QoL scale,and halitosis related QoL scale.All these scales passed the rigorous psychological evaluation,which confirmed their good reliability and validity.The general scale and oral disease specific scale commonly used in China and abroad were reviewed in this paper.
