机器人手术治疗恶性苗勒氏管混合瘤累及宫颈透明细胞癌1例

A case of robotic surgery in the treatment of malignant Mullerian mixed tumor complicated with cervical clear cell carcinoma

报道并分析济宁医学院附属医院病理确诊的1例恶性苗勒氏管混合瘤(MMMT)合并宫颈透明细胞患者的临床表现、病理特点及治疗方法。该例MMMT并宫颈透明细胞癌患者临床表现典型,诊断主要依靠术前及术后病理。术后病理示宫颈息肉型MMMT伴坏死,侵及宫壁1/2,未见脉管浸润。MMMT合并宫颈透明细胞癌临床较少见,诊断主要依靠病理诊断,目前首选手术治疗,术后仍需要辅助治疗,密切随访。

The clinical manifestations,pathological features and treatment in the case of a pathologically diagnosed patient with malignant Mullerian mixed tumor(MMMT)complicated with cervical clear cell carcinoma admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University were reported and analyzed.The clinical manifestations of the patient with MMMT complicated with cervical clear cell carcinoma in this case were typical,and the diagnosis mainly depended on preoperative and postoperative pathology.Postoperative pathology showed that cervical polyp type MMMT was accompanied by necrosis,invading 1/2 of the uter ine wall,and no vascular infiltration was found.MMMT complicated with cervical clear cell carcinoma is relatively rare in clinic,and its diagnosis mainly depends on the pathological diagnosis.At present,surgical treatment is the first choice,and postoperative adjuvant therapy and close foll ow-up are still required.
