摘要 目的建立焦薏苡仁的质量标准。方法制订焦薏苡仁质量控制方法,包括性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、水分、总灰分、黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮、浸出物及含量测定。结果全部样品的性状和显微特征基本一致;薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;初步规定焦薏苡仁水分不得超过12.0%,总灰分不得超过2.0%,每1000 g含黄曲霉毒素B1不得超过5μg,含黄曲霉毒素G_(2)、G_(1)、B_(2)、B_(1)的总量不得超过10μg,每1000 g含玉米赤霉烯酮不得超过500μg;醇溶性浸出物不得少于5.5%;甘油三油酸酯含量不得少于0.40%。结论本研究制订的方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,可有效控制焦薏苡仁的质量。 Objective To establish the quality standard of charred coicis semen.Methods The quality control method of charred coicis semen was established,including properties indentification,microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography(TLC)identification,moisture,total ash,aflatoxin,zearalenone,extract and content determination.Results The properties and microscopic identification of all samples were basically consistent.There were clear spots and strong specificity in TLC.It was preliminarily stipulated that the moisture content of charred coicis semen should not exceed 12.0%,the total ash content should not exceed 2.0%,the aflatoxin B1 content should not exceed 5μg per 1000 g,the total aflatoxin G_(2),G_(1),B_(2) and B_(1) content should not exceed 10μg per 1000 g,and the zearalenone content should not exceed 500μg per 1000 g.Alcohol-soluble extract should not be less than 5.5%.The content of glycerol trioleate should not be less than 0.40%.Conclusion The method developed in this research is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can effectively control the quality of charred coicis semen.
