医护一体快速康复护理对髋部骨折术后患者疼痛程度的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing with integration of medical and nursing on the pain degree of patients after hip fracture

目的 探讨髋部骨折患者术后实施医护一体快速康复护理干预对减轻患者疼痛程度,促进患者髋关节功能恢复的作用。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月在福建医科大学附属第一医院接受手术治疗的髋部骨折患者96例,以单双号法分为观察组(单号,48例)与对照组(双号,48例),对照组患者术后实施常规康复护理,观察组患者术后开展医护一体快速康复护理,评估两组患者术后3、7、14 d疼痛程度变化,统计各组患者术后并发症总发生率。比较两组患者护理前后炎症指标变化。结果 观察组患者术后疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者护理干预后,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 髋部骨折患者接受手术治疗后配合医护一体快速康复护理干预能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度,同时减少并发症,提倡临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing with integration of medical and nursing for patients with hip fracture after surgery to reduce the pain of patients and promote the recovery of hip joint function. Methods The study was established from January 2019 to December 2020. The selected target of the study was 96 patients with hip fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University. They were divided into observation groups by odd and even numbers(single number, 48 cases) and control group(double number, 48 cases). The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation care after the operation, and the patients in the observation group received rapid rehabilitation care after the operation, and the pain of the two groups was evaluated on the 3 d, 7 d, and 14 d after the operation. The total incidence of postoperative complications in each group of patients was counted.The changes in inflammation indexes of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results The postoperative pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After nursing intervention in the observation group, tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion After surgical treatment of hip fracture patients, the combination of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain of patients and reduce complications. It is recommended for clinical promotion and use.
