小学师生双向满意度现状及其影响因素分析——基于浙江省M小学的调查

An Analysis of the Current Situation of the Two-way Satisfaction Between Teachers and Students and Its Influencing Factors——an investigation based on M primary school in Zhejiang Province

摘要 基于满意度理论初步建立小学师生双向满意度评价指标体系,包括师生目标、性格、能力与情感4个一级指标和22个二级指标。以浙江省M小学师生为调查对象,通过实证数据评估该校师生双向满意度现状,并挖掘其关键影响因素。结果表明:学生整体满意度较高,但亲密性、问题解决和信息意识有待提高;学生满意度年级差异显著,主要影响因素为学生所在年级和教师目标完成度。教师整体满意度尚可,满意度最低指标为人文积淀、劳动意识和乐学善学;教师满意度年级差异显著,主要影响因素为学生目标完成度和学生能力。基于上述研究结论,提出改善师生双方满意度、促进师生共同发展的对策。 Based on satisfaction theory,the evaluation index system of mutual evaluation satisfaction between primary school teachers and students is preliminarily established,which includes 4 first-class indexes,namely the goal,characters,ability and emotions of teachers and students,and 22 second-class indexes.By taking teachers and students of M Primary School in Zhejiang Province as research objects,the two-way satisfaction between school teachers and students is evaluated and key influencing factors are explored based on empirical data.The results show that the overall satisfaction of students is high,but intimacy,problem solving and information awareness need to be improved.The grade difference of students’satisfaction is significant,and the main influencing factors are the grade of students and the achievement of teachers’goal.The overall satisfaction of teachers is acceptable,and the lowest index of satisfaction is humanities accumulation,labor consciousness and willingness to learn.The grade difference of teachers’satisfaction is significant,and the main influencing factors are students’goal completion degree and students’ability.Based on the above research conclusion,countermeasures are put forward for improving satisfaction of both teachers and students and promoting the mutual development of teachers and students.
