新一轮审核评估下高校教学质量保障体系研究

Research of Teaching Quality Assurance System in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of a New Round of Audit and Evaluation

在启动新一轮本科教育教学审核评估的背景下,通过总结上一轮本科教学审核评估和整改工作实践,聚焦学校教学质量保障体系建设,对标新一轮审核评估要求,系统梳理了高校教学质量保障体系建设的现状和存在的共性问题,并将教育教学审核评估与专业认证有机结合,创新性地提出了基于“理念—机制—体系”三位一体的教学质量保障体系建设优化实施框架。在此基础上对经验做法进行总结凝练,并用于指导实际工作,提供了可借鉴的理论探索与实践应用,帮助高校提升人才培养质量。

Under the background of launching a new round of undergraduate education and teaching audit and evaluation,this paper summarizes the work practice of the previous round of undergraduate teaching audit and evaluation and rectification,focuses on the construction of school teaching quality assurance system,compares the requirements of the new round of audit and evaluation,systematically combs the current situation and common problems of the construction of college teaching quality assurance system,and organically combines education and teaching audit and evaluation with professional certification.This paper creatively puts forward the optimized implementation framework of the construction of teaching quality assurance system based on the trinity of“concept-mechanism-system”.On this basis,it summarizes and condenses the experience and practices,which can be used to guide the practical work,provides theoretical exploration and practical application that can be used for reference,and helps colleges and universities improve the quality of talent training.
