摘要 新时期教育背景下,课程教学与信息技术的结合程度越来越高,信息技术的发展带动了教学技术的变革,为课程教学提供了多种形式的辅助。法学课程兼具理论性与实践性,高素质的法学人才既要熟练掌握庞大的法学知识体系,又要具备应用法学知识灵活解决实际问题的能力,意味着法学课程必须摒弃传统的低效教学模式,转而使用高效的信息技术教学技术。在实际教学中,法学课程仍然面临理论教学占据主导、缺乏师生互动与评价方式落后等问题,需要教师利用信息技术加以解决,释放信息技术在提高教学综合性、互动性与开放性上的功能。 Under the background of education in the new era,the combination of curriculum teaching and information technology is becoming higher and higher.The development of information technology drives the reform of teaching technology and provides various forms of assistance for curriculum teaching.Law courses are both theoretical and practical.High quality law talents should not only master the huge legal knowledge system,but also have the ability to apply legal knowledge to solve practical problems flexibly,which means that law courses must abandon the traditional inefficient teaching mode and use efficient information technology teaching technology.In the actual teaching,the law course still faces the problems of theoretical teaching domination,lack of interaction between teachers and students and backward evaluation methods.Teachers need to use information technology to solve them and release the function of information technology in improving the comprehensiveness,interactivity and openness of teaching.
