摘要
随着改革开放的深入,我国很多企业选择跨国经营,向国际市场拓展。“国际财务管理”课程(双语)以跨国经营企业的财务管理为视角,学习如何在中英双语的商业环境里制定并实施经营和财务策略。基于财经双语课程的学习难度,本课程采用案例教学法,鼓励学生自主查阅网络资源,以小组讨论并PPT汇报的形式来增加学生的课堂参与程度,培养学生的团队精神、提升英语汇报及阅读财经类英语资料并提炼核心观点的能力。最后对双语课程的改进和实践方向进行了初步的探讨。
With the deregulation of financial market,innovation of products and advancement of technology,many Chinese firms are inclined to transnational business towards international market.International Financial Management(bilingual)course helps students to learn how to develop and implement operational and financial strategies in Chinese-English bilingual business environment.Based on learning difficulties that Chinese students may face when learning this bilingual course,this course adopts the case teaching pattern,and motivates students to independently use online resources.Then,students are encouraged to work in groups for discussion and presentation to get more involved.This can help students to improve team spirit and ability in refining core idea when reading English business literature and then using English for presentation meanwhile expressing insightful ideas.Finally,the author preliminary discusses future directions for improvement.
