新辅助化疗联合保肢手术治疗青少年骨肉瘤的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Combined with Limb-Sparing Surgery in Treatment of Juvenile Osteosarcoma

目的分析青少年骨肉瘤患者采用新辅助化疗联合保肢手术的临床疗效.方法选取30例青少年骨肉瘤患者,按照随机数字表法为A组、B组,每组15例,A组实行新辅助化疗+保肢手术+术后化疗,B组实行保肢手术+术后化疗,对比两组患者的肢体功能评分、不良反应率及有效率.结果治疗前两组患者的生活质量评分和肢体功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗4周后,A组患者的肢体功能评分高于B组(P<0.05);A组患者不良反应率低于B组(P<0.05).随访6个月,A组患者的预后指标优于B组(P<0.05).结论对骨肉瘤患者实行新辅助化疗+保肢手术可以优化肢体功能,且能减少不良反应,提升临床治疗效果.

ObjectiveTo analyze the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with limb salvage surgery in adolescent patients with osteosarcoma.Method30 adolescent patients with osteosarcoma were selected.Group A and group B were divided according to random number table method.15 patients in group A received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and limb salvage surgery and postoperative chemotherapy,and 15 patients in group B received limb salvage surgery and postoperative chemotherapy.Limb function score,adverse reaction rate and effective rate of patients in the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score and limb function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the limb function score of group A was higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reaction in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the prognostic indicators of group A were better than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionNeoadjuvant chemotherapy plus limb salvage surgery can optimize limb function,reduce adverse reactions and improve therapeutic effect in patients with osteosarcoma.
