新型恒力机构的设计与分析

摘要 设计了一种由正刚度机构与负刚度机构并联形成的柔顺恒力机构,提出了一种对称折叠的刚度为线性的正刚度机构,用正刚度机构与双稳态梁并联形成准零刚度机构即柔顺恒力机构。对影响双稳态梁特性的参数进行了仿真分析,仿真分析结果表明,设计的柔顺恒力机构恒力范围约为2 mm且恒力大小约为6.2 N。 A compliant constant-force mechanism consisted by parallel positive stiffness mechanism and negative stiffness mechanism is designed,and a positive stiffness mechanism with linear symmetric folding stiffness is proposed.The bistable beams are connected in parallel to the positive stiffness mechanism to form a quasi-zero stiffness mechanism,namely a compliant constant force mechanism.The parameters affecting characteristics of the bistable beam are simulated and the simulation analysis shows that the constant force range of the designed compliant constant force mechanism is about 2 mm and the constant force magnitude is 6.2 N.
