黑河地区主栽大豆品种对大豆食心虫的抗性鉴定及分析 被引量:1

摘要 为指导大豆生产和抗虫育种,本研究调查了2021年黑河地区大豆食心虫发生动态,分析了10份黑河地区主栽大豆品种的大豆食心虫抗性,并对其蛀荚率和虫食率进行聚类分析,综合评价大豆品种抗虫性。结果表明,2021年黑河地区大豆食心虫成虫羽化期在7月末至8月初,共持续12d。抗大豆食心虫鉴定中共筛选出高抗品种5份,分别为北豆47、黑河43、黑科60、中黄911和黑科68;抗虫品种3份,分别为金源73、黑科71和黑河53。筛选出来的高抗品种可以作为黑龙江省北部地区抗食心虫育种的亲本种质资源进行应用。 In order to guide soybean production and insect resistance breeding,this study investigated the occurrence dynamics of soybean pod borer in Heihe Region in 2021,analyzed the resistance of soybean pod borer of10soybean varieties mainly planted in Heihe Region,and evaluated the resistance of soybean varieties to insect pests comprehensively by cluster analysis of pod decay rate and insect feeding rate.The results showed that the emergence period of adult soybean pod borer in Heihe Region lasted for 12days from the end of July to the beginning of August in 2021.Five varieties with high resistance to soybean pod borer were screened,which were Beidou 47,Heihe 43,Heike 60,Zhonghuang 911and Heike 68.Three insect resistant varieties were Jinyuan 73,Heike71and Heihe 53respectively.The high resistance varieties screened out could be used as the parents germplasm resources in the breeding of resistance to soybean pod borer in Northern Heilongjiang Province.
