摘要
随着航天技术的快速发展,航天器部件的研制要求也越来越高,对大功率微波组件的微放电效应检测也越来越严格。在微放电效应检测方法中,调零检测法的调零单元的质量起到了关键的作用。针对调零单元模拟控制模块校准点多、校准精度低的问题,提出了一种基于傅里叶级数的插值拟合方法,首先采集分布较均匀的校准数据,然后利用傅里叶拟合算法对获取的数据进行拟合,在无校准数据的位置利用拟合函数进行计算,提高了校准效率和非校准点的精度,最后用实验验证了此方法的效果。
With the rapid development of space technology, the develop requirements of spacecraft components are becoming higher and higher, and the detection of multipactor effect of high-power microwave components is becoming more and more strict. In the multipactor effect detection method, the quality of the nulling unit of the nulling detection method plays a key role. Aiming at the problems of too many calibration points and low calibration accuracy of the analog control module of the zero adjustment unit, an interpolation fitting method based on Fourier series is proposed. Firstly, the calibration data with uniform distribution are collected, and then the Fourier fitting algorithm is used to fit the obtained data. At the position without calibration data, the fitting function is used to calculate, which improves the calibration efficiency and the accuracy of non calibration points, Finally, the proposed method is verified by experiments.
