基于单片机的热水器控制系统设计

摘要 随着科技的不断发展,生活质量更加优化,家用电器件中热水器得到很多人们的关注,因此对于传统式的热水器加热、加水等功能已经不能够满足当前人们的需求,智能化的应用已经步入生活中,因此基于单片机的热水器控制也是研究重点项目。基于单片机的热水器控制系统是基于AT89C51设计,主要包含输入模块、输出模块、按键模块、显示模块、继电器模块、电源模块等。其中包含电源电路、温度检测电路、水位检测电路、液晶显示电路、功能显示电路、供水报警电路等。采用智能温度传感器以实时监测热水器的工作情况,防止干烧、保持恒温等,其中报警电路起到了很好的预防警示作用。该文发明可对热水器内水量水质进行实时监测,利用单片机技术进行远程智能自主控制和操作,可方便实现水量水质的自动报告和自主叫水及电路检测自动报告。 With the continuous development of technology,the quality of life is more optimized,water heaters have received a lot of attention among household appliances.Therefore,the traditional water heater heating,adding water and other functions can not meet the current needs of people.Intelligent application has entered life.Therefore,the water heater control based on SCM is also a key research project.A water heater control system based on single chip microcomputer is designed based on AT89C51,which mainly includes input module,output module,key module,display module,relay module,power module and so on.It includes power supply circuit,temperature detection circuit,water level detection circuit,liquid crystal display circuit,function display circuit,water supply alarm circuit and so on.The intelligent temperature sensor is used to monitor the working condition of the water heater in real time to prevent dry burning and keep constant temperature,among which the alarm circuit plays a good role in preventing and warning.The invention can monitor the water quality in the water heater in real time,use the technology of single chip microcomputer to carry on the remote intel igent independent control and operation,and can conveniently realize the automatic report of the water quality and the automatic report of the self-call water and circuit detection.
