摘要
该文主要谈论的是标准GB/T 4208中防护等级能力为IP×4、IP×5时,对标准中的试验要求与条件展开分析,提出在测试过程中存在的多种测试方式现象。并通过实例验证在使用摆管与喷嘴试验装置测试过程中,模拟试品与试验装置在喷射角度、喷射方向、喷射距离、喷嘴位置以及人为手持控制喷嘴装置不同时,根据多种不同测试方式进水前后的质量偏差结果进行分析,提出造成进水质量偏差差异值的原因。
This paper mainly discusses the test requirements and conditions in GB/T 4208 when the protection level capacity is IP×4 and IP×5, and puts forward the phenomenon of various test methods in the test process.And placed in the use through examples in the process of the tube and the nozzle test rig test, simulation test with the test device in, jet distance, jet Angle, jet direction position of nozzle and artificial hand control nozzle device is not at the same time, according to a variety of different test methods before and after water quality deviation results were analyzed, and put forward the cause of water quality deviation difference value.
