该文主要谈论的是标准GB/T 4208中防护等级能力为IP×4、IP×5时,对标准中的试验要求与条件展开分析,提出在测试过程中存在的多种测试方式现象。并通过实例验证在使用摆管与喷嘴试验装置测试过程中,模拟试品与试验装置在喷射角度、喷射方向、喷射距离、喷嘴位置以及人为手持控制喷嘴装置不同时,根据多种不同测试方式进水前后的质量偏差结果进行分析,提出造成进水质量偏差差异值的原因。
