摘要
针对灌装后啤酒瓶封盖泄露会直接导致将来不合格产品流向市场,危害消费者的身体健康及生命安全等问题,设计了一种玻璃瓶成品声波泄漏检测系统。该系统采用嵌入式硬件架构模式,利用电磁激励音频反馈传感器模块对感兴趣的信号进行信号采集、滤波处理、目标特征提取分析等,并上传相关数据至上位机。采用测距传感器进行高度补偿和液位传感器进行压力补偿以确保泄露检测的准确性。工程应用表明,该系统可以有效稳定地对封盖内压力异常准确地实现检测,具有良好的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problem that the leakage of the bottle cap after filling will directly lead to the flow of unqualified products to the market and endanger the health and life safety of consumers, a sound wave leakage detection system for glass bottle products is designed. The system adopts embedded hardware architecture mode, uses electromagnetic excitation audio feedback sensor module to col ect signal, filter processing, target feature extraction and analysis of the interested signal, and upload relevant data to the superior computer.Range finder is used for height compensation and liquid level sensor for pressure compensation to ensure the accuracy of leak detection. The engineering application shows that the system can detect the abnormal pressure in the seal effectively and stably, and has good application value.
