高速任意波形发生器标记通道设计与实现

摘要 为了同步标记高速任意波形信号,设计实现了一种延时可调的高速标记通道。采用高速数字驱动芯片、高分辨率延时芯片和高速数据合路芯片的设计方法,芯片之间通过LVPECL和LVDS等高速接口互连,保证了数据传输速度。测试结果表明:该标记通道数据速率达到2.5 Gbps,延时分辨率皮秒级,适用于高速任意波形输出测试的场合。 In order to synchronously mark high-speed arbitrary waveform signals, a high-speed marking channel with adjustable delay is designed and implemented. The design method of high-speed digital driver chip, high-resolution delay chip and high-speed data combining chip is adopted. The chips are interconnected through high-speed interfaces such as LVPECL and LVDS to ensure the data transmission speed. Experiments show that the data rate of the marking channel reaches 2.5 Gbps, and the delay resolution is picosecond, which is suitable for high-speed arbitrary waveform output test.
