摘要
该文基于微波固态多模块功率合成技术现状,分析了影响功率合成效率的因素,提出了一种提高功率合成效率的方法。该方法可以检测每路功放模块的相位和输出功率,通过矢量控制的方法动态调整每路功放模块的输出功率,从而达到功率合成效率的目的。
Based on the current status of microwave solid state multi-module power combining technology, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the power combining efficiency, and proposes a method to improve the power combining efficiency. The method can detect the phase and output power of each power amplifier, and dynamically adjust the output power of each power amplifier by means of vector control, so as to achieve the purpose of power combining efficiency.
