正清风痛宁片联合羟氯喹治疗IgA肾病的临床效果及安全性分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Safety of Zhengqing Fengtongning Tablets Combined with Hydroxychloroquine in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy

目的:探讨正清风痛宁片联合羟氯喹治疗IgA肾病的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年8月九江市中医医院收治的60例IgA肾病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组予以羟氯喹治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用正清风痛宁片。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能指标、血清IgA、补体C3水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血肌酐(Scr)为(82.69±7.58)μmol/L、尿沉渣红细胞计数为(6.13±1.25)个/HP、24 h尿蛋白定量为(0.49±0.12)g,均低于对照组的(90.36±7.87)μmol/L、(8.52±1.34)个/HP、(0.83±0.18)g,白蛋白(ALB)为(40.48±4.65)g/L,高于对照组的(34.87±4.46)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgA为(2.33±0.39)g/L,低于对照组的(3.35±0.42)g/L,补体C3为(1.12±0.23)g/L,高于对照组的(0.84±0.17)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正清风痛宁片联合羟氯喹可提高IgA肾病治疗效果,降低24 h尿蛋白定量水平,加快血清IgA、补体C3复常,减轻肾功能损害,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Zhengqing Fengtongning Tablets combined with Hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of IgA nephropathy.Method:A total of 60 patients with IgA nephropathy admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Hydroxychloroquine,the observation group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes,serum IgA,complement C3 levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine(Scr)of the observation group was(82.69±7.58)μmol/L,urine sediment red blood cell count of the observation group was(6.13±1.25)/HP,24 h urine protein quantitative of the observation group was(0.49±0.12)g,which were lower than(90.36±7.87)μmol/L,(8.52±1.34)/HP,(0.83±0.18)g of the control group,albumin(ALB)of the observation group was(40.48±4.65)g/L,which was higher than(34.87±4.46)g/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA of the observation group was(2.33±0.39)g/L,which was lower than(3.35±0.42)g/L of the control group,complement C3 of the observation group was(1.12±0.23)g/L,which was higher than(0.84±0.17)g/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhengqing Fengtongning Tablets combined with Hydroxychloroquine can improve the therapeutic effect of IgA nephropathy,reduce the quantitative level of 24 h urine protein,accelerate the normalization of serum IgA and complement C3,and reduce renal damage,which is safe and reliable.
