摘要
为了提高FA506型细纱机短车集落的改造效果,介绍FA506型细纱机结构及传动杆撑爪式与撑条撑爪式单凸盘集落托盘输送机构的传动导轨结构;通过传动导轨力学分析和2种集落改造形式分析,说明在同等满纱凸盘负载下,撑条撑爪式所需拉力较传动杆撑爪式小,相同规格的气缸可带动更多锭数的满纱凸盘平稳工作;不更换中墙板与更换中墙板2种集落改造形式,应根据用户设备条件、厂房条件、纺纱要求等进行选择,前者改造后的落纱留头率可控制在93%~98%,后者改造后的落纱留头率通常可控制在96%~99%。
In order to improve the transformation effect of collective doffing of FA506 spinning frame short vehicle,the structure of FA506 spinning frame and the transmission guide rail structure of tray conveying mechanism of bracing type with transmission rod and bracing type with strut collective doffing structure with single convex disc are introduced.Through the mechanical analysis of transmission guide rail and the analysis of two kinds of transformation forms,it is shown that under the same load of full yarn convex disc,the pull-force required by the bracing type with strut is smaller than that of the bracing type with transmission rod.The same specification cylinder can drive the full yarn convex disc with more spindles to work smoothly.There are two kinds of collective doffing transformation forms:no replacement of mid-wallboard and replacement of mid-wallboard,which should be selected according to user equipment conditions,factory conditions and spinning requirements,etc.Retention rate of doffing for the first mentioned of two after transformation can be controlled at 93%~98%,while retention rate of doffing for the last mentioned of two after transformation usually can be controlled at 96%~99%.
