Spinning Practice of LXC-866MD Cots

为了解决纺纱多品种、小批量、改纺频繁时细纱胶辊使用型号多、管理难度大等问题,介绍LXC-866MD型胶辊的特性、制作、磨砺及表面处理,并在不同纺纱品种进行成纱质量对比,总结其磨砺周期、调换周期、运转管理及区域化管理经验。结果表明:LXC-866MD型胶辊弹性好、适纺性强,可减少改纺换胶辊次数和胶辊备件量;日常生产应制定详细的胶辊管理办法,按周期进行磨砺、更换,做好胶辊运转管理和区域管理,确保成纱质量稳定、降低胶辊消耗。

In order to solve the problems of multiple types and difficult management of cots in multi-variety spinning,small batch spinning and replacement of the spinning variety frequently,characteristics,manufacture,bearing grinding and surface treatment of LXC-866MD cots are introduced,and yarn quality of different spinning varieties with the cots are contrasted.Grinding cycle,exchange cycle,operation management and regional management experience of the cots is summarized.The results show that LXC-866MD cots have good elasticity and good spinning ability,which can reduce the times of cots changing and the number of spare cots in replacement of spinning variety.We should formulate detailed cots management methods in daily production,grind and replace cots according to cycle,and do well in operation and regional management of cots to ensure stable yarn quality and reduce cots consumption.
