RY5型集落细纱机集聚纺改造实践

Reform Practice of RY5 Collective Doffing Spinning Frame

为了对RY5型集落细纱机进行集聚纺改造,分析其结构特点及四罗拉负压式集聚纺改造注意事项,制定改造方案。即:通过将RY5型集落细纱机车头的前、中、后罗拉沿牵伸平面45°方向后移30 mm,使加装的集聚纺装置以及导向胶辊同步后移,在前下罗拉的输出端和与之连接的罗拉头段之间加装偏心结构小型齿轮箱传动前下罗拉;中、后下罗拉通过滑座后移,用旋转摇臂进行齿轮啮合传动;在车中制作专用加高型集聚纺罗拉座,用特制吸棉风管将车尾吸棉风管及其开孔整体平移2个锭距,定制S形橡胶连接管连接笛管和吸棉风管。通过改造前后成纱质量对比,表明RY5型集落细纱机集聚纺改造方案成本低、周期短,改造后成纱质量改善。

In order to carry out compact spinning transformation of RY5 collective doffing spinning frame,the points for attention during the transformation of four rollers negative pressure compact spinning are analyzed and the transformation scheme is formulated.That is,by moving the front,middle and rear rollers of the head of RY5 collective doffing spinning frame 30 mm back along the 45°direction of the drafting plane,the assembled spinning device and the guide cots are moved back synchronously,and the eccentric structure small gear box are installed to drive front and bottom rollers between the output end of the front and bottom rollers and the connected roller head segment;the middle and rear lower rollers move backward through the sliding seat and use the rotating rocker arm for gear meshing transmission;special high-type compact spinning roller seat is made in the rear of the vehicle,the cotton suction air duct in the rear of the vehicle and its opening are translated by two spindle distances with special cotton suction air duct,and S-shaped rubber connecting pipe is customized to connect the pipe and cotton suction air duct.By comparing the yarn quality before and after the transformation,it is shown that the transformation scheme of RY5 collective doffing spinning frame has low cost and short cycle,and the yarn quality has been improved after the transformation.
