摘要
为了适应前纺各工序高速和重定量双重增产的高效化生产,介绍条筒圈存容量扩增技术的现状、应用必要性和技术瓶颈,指出早期容量扩增机构属于机械联动的条筒复合运动,存在增容率不理想和棉条圈放圈距不均匀等问题。在此基础上,在不增加条筒直径和高度、不增大圈条张力波动范围情况下,研发出利用程序控制“条筒自转分级变速驱动+偏心距分级横移+叠层比例配置”的增容模式(PCC程控圈条器)。指出:PCC程控圈条器可适于各种不同直径尺寸的条筒,条筒直径越大,增容倍率越大;在实现大幅度增容的同时,满足偏心距改变时圈条间距稳定的要求。
In order to adapt to the high-efficiency production of high-speed and heavy-quantitative double-increase production in each process of fore-spinning,the current situation,application necessity and technical bottleneck of storage capacity expansion technology of cans are introduced.It is pointed out that the early capacity expansion mechanism belongs to can compound movement of mechanical linkage,and there are some problems such as unsatisfactory capacity expansion rate and uneven distance of sliver ring.On this basis,without increasing the diameter and height of the can,and without increasing the tension fluctuation range of the coiler,a capacity increasing mode(PCC program-controlled coiler)is developed by using the program control of“the can rotation graded variable speed drive+the eccentricity graded transverse move+the stacking proportion configuration”.It is pointed out that the PCC program-controlled coiler can be suitable for cans of various diameters.The larger the diameter of the can,the greater the capacity expansion ratio;while realizing a large capacity increase,it can meet the requirements of stable coil spacing when the eccentricity changes.
