摘要
在铸铁件基体上制备氯化钾镀锌层、三价铬钝化层和羟基石墨烯封闭层。其中三价铬钝化包括三价铬蓝色钝化、三价铬彩色钝化和三价铬黑色钝化。采用三价铬蓝色钝化、彩色钝化和黑色钝化的镀件按照GB/T 10125-2012《人造气氛腐蚀试验盐雾试验》分别进行中性盐雾试验312 h、360 h和288 h镀件表面无白色腐蚀物生成,其耐盐雾性远远高于传统镀层。
A process for a potassium chloride zinc plating on cast iron and followed a sealing by hydrox‐yl graphene sealant.The trivalent chromium passivation included acid galvanized layer,trivalent chro‐mium passivation layer and hydroxyl graphene sealing layer prepared from inside to outside on the cast iron substrate.The trivalent chromium passivation includes trivalent chromium blue passivation,triva‐lent chromium color passivation and trivalent chromium black passivation.White corrosion does not formed on the plating pieces with trivalent chromium blue passivation,color passivation,and black pas‐sivation and hydroxyl graphene sealing after neutral salt spray test for 300 h,336 h and 276 h,respec‐tively according to GB/T 10125-2012 Corrosion Test of Artificial Atmosphere Salt Spray Test.The cor‐rosion resistance of the coating is much higher than that of conventional coatings.
