不同弯折角度热阻断拉结件弯拉性能试验研究

摘要 为探究不同弯折角度玻璃纤维套筒热阻断拉结件弯拉性能,对3块拉结件弯折角度不同的夹芯墙板进行弯拉试验,研究弯折角度对墙板弯拉承载力及相对位移的影响规律.结果表明,拉结件弯折角度越大,破坏面积越大,破坏面沿短筋方向呈椭圆形;拉结件弯折70°,90°,110°的试件承载力依次提高8.8%和12.7%,试件破坏时其相对位移分别为27.28 mm,18.94mm,12.18 mm.研究结果为热阻断拉结件轻质夹芯墙板设计提供依据. In order to investigate the flexural performance of glass fiber sleeves with different bending angles,three sandwich wallwith different bending angles were carried out to study the influence of bending angles on the flexural and tensile capacity and relative displacement of the wallboards. The results show that the larger the bending angle is,the larger the damage area is. The failure surface is elliptical along the direction of the short rib. The bearing capacity of specimens bent 70°,90°and 110°increased by 8. 8 % and 12. 7 % respectively,and the relative displacements of specimens were 27. 28 mm,18. 94 mm and 12. 18 mm. The results of this study provide the basis for the design of light sandwich wall panels for thermal blocking pullers.
